No! Each of our designs is exclusive, sold only once to one buyer. Once sold can't be bought anymore, the purchase button will be automatically deactivated and marked as "SOLD".

Yes! For the colored version, you will also get a black and white version.

Vector files: .Ai CS6, .EPS 10, .PDF.

Information file: colors and font name used.

All files without watermark, well organized and easy to use.

Because the design is finished, you can see exactly what you're going to get right away.

Yes! You will receive free minor revisions, such as changing the colors, fonts, adding your brand/company name, or adding a slogan/tagline.

We cannot change the main element, e.g. a logo with a strawberry illustration as the main element cannot be changed to a grape illustration. If you want to change the main element, it is better to order a Custom Logo.

You can request unlimited revisions until you like the results, but there is a maximum time limit of one month.

After your payment is successful, contact us via our contact page or email to support@krisatu.com with the information of your brand/company name to be included in the design, and/or optional request. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to download the updated file.

Every purchase is final, non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for the Ready-made Logos category, to avoid copyright conflicts in the future. In order to maintain buyers' satisfaction, buyers can request unlimited and free revisions within a month.

Yes! After you buy a product, you will get full rights to use the design, include to sell it to your client or selling it as graphic assets.

If we use a paid/premium font, you don't have to buy a font license if you are an end-user.

Because the font licenses are not transferable, if you are not an end-user and want to sell the logo to your client, you must purchase a separate license on your behalf from the font creator, or ask us to replace it with a free font with Open Font Licenses (OFL).

Yes! It can be registered as a trademark (trademarkable).

After we receive your brief, we will create and send you some alternatives within 7-14 days (depends on the difficulty).
After you approve and pay, we will send you the final files within 24 hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you like the results, but there is a maximum time limit of two months.
The estimated time of each revision depends on the difficulty, usually within 2-7 days.

Any purchase of a custom logo is final, non-refundable. We understand that you may be confused to find the right logo for your brand or company, so we set the payment at the end after you approve the design. If you change your mind, you can decide to cancel anytime before paying.
